Results 2/05/2009
The 1XI continued their good start to the campaign with a victory at home against Alwoodley. Batting first in bowler friendly conditions the ollies posted 240-9 with E.Brown making 69 and S.Mcabe continuing his good start to the season top scoring with 78. The visitors set their stall out early to try and gain a point, which they would have achieved, if it wasn't for the skipper leading from the front to claim 5-24, helping bowl Alwoodley out for 114.
The 2XI lost for the second week on the bounce, again the batting let the team down and led to a ten wicket loss at Knaresborough
This coming week sees the 1XI travel to local rivals Addingham and the 2XI host Upper Wharfedale

Results 25/04/2009
The 1XI continued their good start to the season by collecting five points from local rivals Menston. Batting first the ollies posted the impressive total of 300-8 with A.Long continuing his good form on return to the club scoring 101, assisted with 44 from D.Britton and 33 from I.Thomas. In reply B.Hughes was again in the wickets collecting 4 however the Ollies were unable to bowl Menston out who finished on 177-7
The 2XI suffered their first defeat of the season, struggling at home to Calverley. Batting first the Ollies could only manage 113 all out on what was a good batting pitch, thanks mainly to a tail end partnership of 51 from G.Williamson and C.Campbell. Calverley passed the low total for the losing only two wickets in the process.
Next week sees the 1XI take on Alwoodley at home with the 2XI traveling to Knaresborough

Winning Start to the Season
The clubs 1XI and 2XI both had a six point winning start to the season, the 1XI at home to Woodhouse made 291 for 6 with an excellent half century from A.Long on his return to the ollies and a superb debut century from S.McCabe. In reply Woodhouse were bowled out for 151 with M.House reaching the landmark of 300 wickets for the club.
The 2XI were away at Pool, batting first they made 160 with a half century from I.Thomas, G.Williams then bowled a superb spell to tear through the pool batting taking 5 wickets and helping reduce pool to 73 all out.
Next week the 1XI travel to Menston and the 2XI host Calverley
